  • a Cohorts of mice of the genotypes shown were injected with CY and monitored for 35 days after treatment. Animals with blood glucose measurements of >20 mmol/L on two subsequent days during the observation period were scored as diabetic. The number of mice scored of each genotype and percent diabetic (% T1D) are shown, Fisher’s exact test p values were computed for each congenic strain relative to the parental background strain.
