  • a Four million Ikk2−/− or Ikk2FL CD45.2+ T cells were injected i.v. into CD45.1+ immunocompetent mice. After 7 and 14 days, recipients were sacrificed, and CD45.2+ CD4 and CD8 T cells numbers in spleen and mLNs were evaluated by FACS and cell counting. The percentage ± SD of T cells recovered from the recipient mice (n = 3/genotype and time point) of the T cell numbers originally injected is shown.
