  • a Sera were collected from immunized mice before RSV infection. G-specific Ab titers were determined by ELISA, and data are expressed as the log2 of the serum dilution producing 0.100 OD450 U. Neutralizing Ab titers were measured in an RSV plaque reduction assay. Data are expressed as the log2 of the serum dilution resulting in 40% plaque formation of the PBS control wells. Data represent the mean ± SD of 10 serum samples from 2 separate experiments. The limits of detection are 6.0 and 3.25 for the ELISA and neutralization assays, respectively. NDT, Not detected.
