  • a PBL were stimulated for 3 days with PHA (5 μg/ml) and 7 days with IL-2 (50 U/ml). Then cells were incubated with medium alone or with IL-2 (50 U/ml), IL-15 (10 ng/ml), IL-4 (500 U/ml), or IL-7 (20 ng/ml), in the presence or absence of MPA (10 μM), MZB (10 μM), or RPM (500 nM). [3H]TdR incorporation was evaluated as described in Materials and Methods and values are the mean ± SEM of three individual experiments.
