  • a Autologous EBV-B cells were pulsed with the different peptides or proteins at indicated concentrations for 18 h. Cells were washed and cocultured with a gp100170–190-specific T cell clone. Results are expressed in picograms per milliliter of IFN-γ released following a 24-h coculture.
