  • a OVA TCR Tg mice (10- to 12-wk old) were fed with 20 mg/ml OVA or 20 mg/ml BSA placed in the drinking water for 5 days. At day 6 after feeding, lymphoid cells in ILN, MLN, PP, and spleen were stained with biotin-conjugated anti-CD4 and followed by PE-conjugated anti-CD25, FITC-conjugated anti-clonotype TCR (KJ1-26), and streptavidin-RED 670. CD4+-gated T cells were analyzed. Five to six mice were used per group. *, p < 0.05 vs water or BSA fed; †, p < 0.01 vs water or BSA fed.
