  • a OVA TCR Tg female mice (6 wk old) were fed with 20 mg/ml OVA or 20 mg/ml BSA placed in the drinking water for 5 days. At 6 days after feeding, lymphoid cells in ILN, MLN, PP, and spleen were stained with PE-conjugated anti-CD25 and FITC-conjugated anti-CD4 and analyzed by flow cytometry.
