  • a Mφ were incubated with mAb for 20 min on ice prior to exposure to LXA4 (10 nM, 37°C, 15 min) or diluent, followed by coincubation with aged PMN (30 min, 37°C). Anti-CD51/61 (23C6) and anti-CD18 mAb (MHM 23) were purified immunoglobulin from tissue culture supernatants and used at a final concentration of 20 μg/ml and 10 μg/ml, respectively. Anti-CD36 (SMφ) was ascitic fluid used at a dilution of 125 μl/ml. Data are means ± SEM (n = 4).
