  • a Normal (NF-κB+/+) and NF-κB-deficient (NF-κB−/−) B6.129 mice were immunized for EAE with MOG38–50 peptide as described in Materials and Methods. The differences in disease incidence, day of onset, and clinical scores between NF-κB+/+ and NF-κB−/− mice are statistically significant (p < 0.01). The experiment was repeated twice with similar results.
