  • a One microgram per milliliter of mAb5 was able to completely inhibit the IL-6 production in response to 50 ng/ml of rIL-17. The IL-17 activity was defined as the production of IL-6 without anti-IL-17 minus the production of IL-6 with anti-IL-17 expressed in ng/ml. Detection limit of IL-6 was 50 pg/ml.
