  • a Human PBL were either a) cultured continuously at 37°C or 40°C for the indicated time intervals or b) maintained for 24 h at 37°C in the presence of conditioned medium derived from cells previously incubated at 37°C or 40°C. Adhesion of PBL to lymph node HEV in the presence or absence of DREG-56 mAb was evaluated in a Stamper-Woodruff in vitro assay. Data are expressed as the mean ± SD of triplicate sections. Results from 2 experiments are shown and are representative of 6 independent experiments.
