1. The administration of cortisone to guinea pigs sensitized with Freund's adjuvant did not appear to influence the passive transfer of cellular tuberculin hypersensitivity.

2. Cortisone administration to recipient guinea pigs which received the sensitized donor cells suppressed the tuberculin reaction.
