Summary
The administration of relatively small doses of antiserum to BSA to mice receiving an injection of DNP 12BSA resulted in a concomitant enhancement of both the anti-BSA and anti-DNP antibody responses. It thus appears that under suitable conditions the “helper effect” may be mimicked by anti-carrier antiserum.
