  • RNA-Seq analysis was performed on the ear tissue of 15 mice at 6 h posttreatment. Differential expression analysis was performed using DESeq2 v1.14.0 with a threshold of 2-fold changes. Pathway enrichment was carried out using Sigora v2.0.1. Statistical analysis was performed using a hypergeometric test, and multiple comparisons were corrected by the Bonferroni method with a cutoff of p ≤ 0.001.
