On the cover: 40x H&E stain of paraformaldehyde-fixed and paraffin-embedded human skin grafted onto C.B-17 SCID/beige mice that had been adoptively transferred with human effector memory CD4+ T cells (CD45RO+CCR7-CD62L-) and harvested after 3 wk.
