On the cover: IFN-
-treated HaCaT were stained to detect the known CD6 ligand (CD6L), CD166 (green), and F-actin filaments (red). Prominent colocalization of CD166 and the actin cytoskeleton is seen in this epithelial monolayer (yellow). Colocalization of the 3A11 Ag, a novel CD6L, and F-actin filaments is also reported in this issue. Saifullah et al. Expression and Characterization of a Novel CD6 Ligand in Cells Derived from Joint and Epithelial Tissues. J. Immunol. 173:6125.
