On the cover: The localized inflammatory Th2 memory response, in the small intestine, surrounds the developing larva of Heligmosomoides polygyrus, a natural gastrointestinal nematode parasite of mice. Swiss roll preparations were sectioned and immunofluorescently stained for neutrophils (green), CD4 T cells (red), and DAPI (blue). The surface of the tissue section was digitally mapped and photographed at X200, and individual images were tiled together into one composite photograph. Morimoto et al. Peripheral CD4 T cells rapidly accumulate at the host:parasite interface during an inflammatory Th2 memory response. J. Immunol. 172:2424.
