On the cover: Confocal image of naive T cells infiltrating ulcerative colitis. Naive T cells were identified by simultaneous immunostaining for CD3 (green) and CD45RA (red) and appear yellow. Ag-experienced T cells are CD3+CD45RA- (green), and CD3 -CD45RA+ cells most likely represent B cells. Blood vessels were identified by staining for von Willebrand-factor (blue). Weninger et al.
