• Movie S1 (MOV, 4.26 Mb)
  - A thick section (30 µm) from a wild-type spleen stained for B220 (light blue), CD3 (deep blue), ERTR-7 (green), and MOMA-1 (red) expression is presented in 3D. The FRC network penetrates into the PALS exactly where the MMM rim is interrupted (MZBCs). The imaging volume (588x605x20µm) was acquired with 0.5µM steps in the Z axis. Data are representative of 3 different experiments.
• Movie S2 (MOV, 254 Kb)
  - 3 x 106 CMFDA-labeled T cells (green) were transferred i.v into a wild-type mouse and their dynamic migratory behavior in a vibratome-sliced spleen was captured using intravital 2P imaging. The imaging volume (250x250x12µm) was acquired with 3µM steps in the Z axis. Playback speed 300x. Data are representative of 3 different experiments.
• Movie S3 (MOV, 1.28 Mb)
  - Dynamic image of T cells (red) migration along the FRC network (green). The imaging volumes (37x60x12µm; 45x65x12µm; 45x28x12µm) were acquired with 3µm steps in the Z axis. The playback speed is 100x. Data are representative of 5 different experiments.
