  - Specificity of staining is shown for the antibodies used in Figure 8. The mouse class IIspecific mAb stained only the murine and not the porcine thymus, whereas the cytokeratin-specific antibody stained both porcine and murine thymic epithelium. Thus, class II+ mouse thymic eptihelial cells appear yellow wheres those of the pig are red (right panels).
