  - Western blot of F/TE from WT and CypA silenced yeasts showing amount of HSP60 and CypA in the extracts. Essentially serves as a loading control to figure 6A.

  - FACS analysis of VLA-5 on human DC and CHO cells transfected with VLA-5. The data demonstrate that their is significantly more VLA-5 on the surface of DC than the surface of transfected CHO cells.
• Supplemental Figure 4 (PDF, 16.9 Kb)
  - A Western blot that demonstrates that the amount of CypA in 5 ul of Hc F/TE is several fold less than the 6.5 ug of rCypA, both of which completely inhibit the binding of Hc to DC. The data support the idea for a second Hc VLA-5 ligand in the F/TE.
