Data Supplement

Time-lapse movies of resting and preactivated Treg cell migration toward a CCL17/TARC gradient. Migration of resting or preactivated Treg cells towards 10 μg/ml CCL17/TARC was recorded in digital still images acquired every minute over 25 min. These images were later compiled to generate movies. Preactivated Treg cells (1) exhibited a greater chemotactic response to CCL17 than resting Treg cells (2).
