  - Reactivity against the tested 184 HLA class I supertype restricted epitopes in the study. The 1st – 3rd columns give the epitope sequence, predicted HLA supertype restriction, and HIV protein location, respectively for each epitope. The following 31 columns represents detected CTL reactivity against each epitope as spot forming units (SFU)/million cells, measured by IFN-ã ELISPOT assay.
