The P3C induced Ca2+ wave can be observed to travel from left to right across the monolayer composed of TLR2 siRNA cells labeled with Vybrant DiI (red), which were cultured in excess of unlabeled TLR2 scrambled siRNA expressing cells. The second observed Ca2+ flux occurs in response to thapsigargin.
