  - The thymus from an E17.5 Wnt1-Cre;Rosa26eYfp embryo was dissected, fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde and cut longitudinally in half. The tissue was stained with an antibody detecting eYFP expression, optically cleared with BABB and serial sections were obtained by confocal analysis. The sections were reconstituted into a three-dimensional model, and a movie of its rotation around 360{degree sign} was created using Volocity software (Improvision).
