  - CCL2-induced monocyte chemotaxis. The directional migration of control human monocytes towards CCL2 (added on left side) was recorded by time-lapse videomicroscopy at 40x magnification every 14s for 20 min. One representative experiment of three is shown.
• Video 1b (MOV, 1.86 Mb)
  - IFN-g inhibits CCL2-induced chemotaxis. The directional migration of IFN-g-treated (3 hrs) human monocytes towards CCL2 (added on left side) was recorded by time-lapse videomicroscopy at 40x magnification every 14s for 20 min. One representative experiment of three is shown.
