• Supplementary Table IA (XLS, 20.5 Kb)
  - Gene Ontology (GO) terms or gene symbols used to select for genes in the different gene sets.
• Supplementary Table IB (XLS, 171 Kb)
  - Sevenhundredfiftyeight genes differed significantly between two subsequent stages of differentiation (greater than or equal to 2-fold change, FDR 10%). The expression level of each gene are relative to the average of the sample population, given as the log2 ratio and median values (n=6). Included are the accession number, number of probe replicates, UNIQID, gene symbol, and median gene expression values for the five populations HSC, E-B, pro-B, pre-B and IM-B.
