• Video 1 (MOV, 1.74 Mb)
  - WMN-treated B cell motility relative to control cells. This video shows motility of 50 nM WMN-treated B cells (green) relative to co-injected untreated B cells and demonstrates the different location of the two cell populations with in the lymph node. These images were taken 4 hours post co-injection of treated and control B cells. The video represents a 50 um z projection, 20 um scale bar, the time stamp in the lower right corner is displayed as min:sec.
• Video 2 (MOV, 4.13 Mb)
  - WMN-treated B cell localization relative to control cells. This video was taken in-situ with two-photon microscopy starting 6 hours post control (red) and 50 nM WMN-treated (green) B cell adoptive transfer. The location of recently transferred B lymphocytes is determined to be inside or outside of the B cell follicle relative to B cell follicle residents (blue) adoptively transferred two days earlier. This video represents 10 um z projection, the time stamp in the lower right corner is displayed as min:sec, the scale bar represents 20 um.

  - WMN-treated T cell motility relative to control cells. This video shows the motility of 50 nM WMN-treated T cells (green) relative to co-injected untreated T cells (red). Treated and control cells are co-localized in the lymph node, though the motility of the WMN-treated T cells is impaired relative to control T cells. This two-photon video was taken 2 hours post co-injection of control and treated lymphocytes and represents a 50 um z-projection, 20 um scale bar, the time stamp in the lower right corner is displayed as min:sec.

  - PI3K class IA p85Ą KO B cell altered morphology. This video provides an enlarged view of the PI3K p85a KO B cell (green) morphology changes relative to co-injected wild type B cells (red) in the lymph node. The highly dynamic membrane of the p85a KO B cells and reduction in average velocity are evident. 50 um z projection, the time stamp in the lower right corner is displayed as min:sec, the scale bars represents 20 um.

  - class IA p85ƒÑƒÒ KO T cell motility relative to control cells. This video shows the motility of PI3K regulatory isoform p85ab KO T cells (green) relative to wild type T cells (red) in the lymph node. p85ab KO cells are co-localized with control cells and exhibit a 37% reduction in average velocity relative to control cells. This video is a 50 um z projection, the time stamp in the lower right corner is displayed as min:sec, the scale bar represents 20 um.
