Seven figures implement this manuscript as supplementary material:

- Figure 1SM to 6 SM report genes included in clusters A to F, respectively, providing information in the individual values of each gene included in the cluster.

- Figure 7SM reports hierarchical clustering of the percentage of genes associated with a GO category with respect to the total number of genes in the cluster (columns represent clusters of Figure 2).
