• Movie 1 (MPEG Movie, 4.42 MB) - FcγRIxHer-2/neu BsAb-induced SK-BR-3 tumor cell killing by G-CSF neutrophils. - G-CSF neutrophils (small moving cells) were added together with 1 μg/ml FcγRIxHer-2/neu BsAb to adherently growing SK-BR-3 tumor cells (larger cells). Interactions between cells were recorded for 2 hours (168 images/second). Approximately the first and last 10 minutes of recording are shown. In the first 10 minutes G-CSF neutrophils start binding to SK-BR-3 cells. After 2 hours, many neutrophils have bound to SK-BR-3 cells, but minimal detachment of SK-BR-3 cells is observed.
  
• Movie 2 (MPEG Movie, 2.98 MB) - FcαRIxHer-2/neu BsAb-induced SK-BR-3 tumor cell killing by G-CSF neutrophils. - G-CSF neutrophils (small moving cells) were added together with 1 μg/ml FcαRIxHer-2/neu BsAb to adherently growing SK-BR-3 tumor cells (larger cells). Interactions between cells were recorded for 2 hours (168 images/second). Approximately the first and last 10 minutes of recording are shown. In the first 10 minutes G-CSF neutrophils start binding to SK-BR-3 cells. After 2 hours, “boiling” of cytoplasm and membrane “blebbing” of tumor cells (indicative of apoptosis) and SK-BR-3 detachment (indicative of cell death) is observed.
