  This data filters the Affymetrix probe set analysis published by (Underhill, G. H., et al. 2003. Blood 101:401) with the probe sets identified in the Blimp-1 expression analysis in M12 cells. The processed "B" and "PC" intensity values were used to derive a fold change; column Z "Fold change PC/B", where negative values are repressed and "A" indicates below detection in both "B" and "PC" cells. Column AA and AB indicate probe sets increased or decreased, respectively, by Blimp-1 in M12 cells, where 1 indicates "TRUE" and 0 indicates "FALSE".
