Files in this Data Supplement:

• Movie 1 - L625.7 cells were plated on glass coverslips mounted on Petri dishes and incubated overnight at 37ºC before addition of CD5-GFP-expressing T8.1 cells. Transmitted light and fluorescence images were acquired every 12 sec during 15 min.
• Movie 2 - L625.7 cells were plated on glass coverslips and incubated with Ag [1µg/ml tt(830-843) peptide] overnight at 37ºC before addition of CD5-GFP-expressing T8.1 cells.Transmitted light and fluorescence images were acquired every 12 sec during 20 min.
