Characterization of Monarch-1 and its splice forms

• Parts A and B - (A) Sequence of full length isoform I of the Monarch-1 mRNA. The open reading frame for the human Monarch-1 protein is underlined. The transcriptional start site of this mRNA was previously incorrectly identified and named RNO2. The sequence similarity between Monarch-1 and RNO2 mRNA are depicted in bold.
  (B) Deduced amino acid sequence of Monarch-1 contains an N-terminal PYRIN domain, an NBD (underlined) and several C-terminal leucine rich repeats (LRR) denoted by arrows.
