CCR3 Is Required for Tissue Eosinophilia and Larval Cytotoxicity After Infection with Trichinella spiralis. Michael F. Gurish, Alison Humbles, Hong Tao, Stella Finkelstein, Joshua A. Boyce, Craig Gerard, Daniel S. Friend, and K. Frank Austen. The Journal of Immunology 2002;168:57305736.
In the paper stated above, there were many typographical errors. First, in Figure legend 1, the style of the lines corresponding to the null and wild-type strains is reversed. The corrected line is shown below.
"The eosinophils (a) and MC (b) appearing in the jejunum of CCR3-/- mice (dashed line) and +/+ mice (solid line) were enumerated in histological sections taken on the indicated days."
Second, in Figure legend 3c, CCR-/- should have been written, CCR3-/-. Third, on page 5734 in the left column third line down, please disregard the "e.g." Fourth, in Figure legend 6, the phrase "d and e, arrows" should have appeared as "arrows, d and e."
