Abstract
Various fractions comprising Fc fragment appear to be similar in their reactivity to horse and goat anti-rabbit
G-globulin serum, as determined by immunodiffusion and quantitative immunoprecipitation techniques. These fractions show marked differences in their anti-complementary properties. These results indicate that the anti-complementary site of Fc fragment may be different from its major antigenic determinant.
