Preparative Purification of Lung-Localizing Rabbit Anti-Rat Lung Antibodies in vitro1

Abstract

A "new" blood factor Kc of chimpanzee red cells is described, defined by an antiserum produced in a chimpanzee cross-immunized with white cell enriched human blood. This is the third distinct blood factor of chimpanzees demonstrated by such cross-immune anti-human chimpanzee sera.
