Abstract
- 1. A micro complement-fixation assay is described which is sensitive to 1 to 10 x 10-12 g of antigen.
- 2. The method was shown to be capable of measuring a specific antigen in brain extracts made from amounts of brain (dry weight) as small as 1.4 x 10-9 g, and in extracts from layers of cerebellum.
