A Specific Anti-B Lectin for Routine Diagnostic Purposes1

Abstract

Privine hydrochloride, an inhibitor of anti-A hemagglutinins, can be used as an inhibitor of the anti-A of the Sophora japonica lectin, which then becomes a specific anti-B reagent suitable for routine diagnostic purposes.
