Abstract
All of 7 sera from swine with Mycoplasma granularum arthritis contained warm-type anti-human O agglutinins in higher titers than 9 control sera (healthy mycoplasma-free swine) and a swine serum pool. Cross-absorptions indicated that the agglutinins were not monospecific. Four of 7 sera of arthritic swine contained anti-rabbit
-globulins in titers four-fold higher than the control sera. No reactivity with swine
-globulin could be demonstrated. Both the anti-group O agglutinins and the anti-rabbit
-globulins had the sedimenting properties of macroglobulins.
