Abstract
Six antisera to mink red blood cells have been produced by isoimmunization. These sera contain complete agglutinins which react by the direct agglutination method.
Six blood factors have been detected by the use of these sera. Two of these, E and F, appear to be alleles at a single locus, and two others, B and C, may be part of the same system. Twenty families used to test this hypothesis have given results compatible with these findings.
From this study six factors at three loci have been recognized, in addition to another factor, the A factor, which will be reported in a later paper.
