Immunologic Identity of beta-Lactoglobulins A and B1

Abstract

The quantitative precipitin test, analysis for cross - reactions, Ouchterlony double - diffusion plates, and micro-immunoelectrophoresis were used to show that the two types of beta-lactoglobulin of bovine milk (beta-lactoglobulins A and B) are serologically identical.
