Abstract
The use of anion-exchange chromatography for purification of rabbit antisheep hemolysin (
1) is confirmed. The technique is extended to the purification of
2 hemolytic and agglutinating antibodies. The latter types of antibodies have been digested with papain and some immunologic properties of the fragments so derived are reported.
