Abstract
The effect of irradiation on the antigenicity of cow's milk has been studied by the agar diffusion technique.
The irradiated milk was compared to commercial nonirradiated cow's milk products. The effects of irradiation of the individual purified cow's milk proteins were also studied.
It was observed that irradiation reduces the antigenicity of whole cow's milk.
