Proposed Announcement of Travel Grants to the 7th International Congress of Microbiology

The National Science Foundation, the American Institute of Biological Sciences and interested microbiology societies are cooperating to support the travel of a limited number of American scientists to the 7th International Congress of Microbiology, August 4–9, 1958, to be held in Stockholm, Sweden. Application blanks are available from the A.I.B.S., 2000 P Street, N. W., Washington 6, D. C., and completed forms must be returned to the A.I.B.S. no later than January 1, 1958. Any active microbiologist in this country, regardless of his society affiliations, is eligible.
