Abstract
The gel-diffusion precipitin technic has been used for enumeration of precipitating antigens present in a partially purified enterotoxin sample, and for determination of approximate equivalence ratios for these antigens. These ratios were used to calculate the amount of serum necessary for precipitation of all antigens in neutralization tests. Neutralization of enterotoxin was accomplished.
