A Note on the Booster Effect of Pneumococcus Capsular Polysaccharide

Abstract

1. Experiments were conducted in mice to determine whether a booster effect of pneumococcus capsular polysaccharide might be evidenced in the form of increased animal protection.
2. A definite increase in protection followed a booster injection of SI.
