Abstract
- 1. Agglutinin-titers against the same strains of S. paradysenteriae are higher in rabbit than in mouse antisera.
- 2. High precipitin and mouse-protective titers are reached in rabbit sera, but they are negligible or low in mouse antisera.
- 3. Mouse antisera obtained by us against the strains of S. paradysenteriae are more type specific than the corresponding rabbit immune sera.
