Abstract
- 1. The acute lethal toxicity of Shiga neurotoxin, tetanus toxin, botulinus toxin, ricin and Flexner paradysentery somatic antigen for mice, is materially reduced by the administration of these agents in a saline-in-mineral-oil emulsion.
- 2. The possible significance of this method of preparing vaccine for immunization procedures is discussed.
