The Electrophoretic Analysis of Several Hyperimmune Horse Sera

Abstract

Electrophoretic analyses have been made of hyperimmune sera against 15 antigens of bacterial origin. In some of these sera antibody is expressed by an increase in amount of the normally present {gamma}-globulin. In others its appearance is accompanied by the development of a new T component.
