The Photronreflectometer—An Instrument for the Measurement of Turbid Systems

Abstract

This paper deals briefly with the essential features of a new instrument, the photronreflectometer, for the quantitative measurement of turbid or opalescent systems. Data are given to indicate the sensitivity and accuracy of the measurement obtained using known quantities of BaSO4 suspended in water.
